Can I cancel my order?

If you’d like to change or cancel your order, please email info@welltopix.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I edit my shipping address after the order is placed?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email info@welltopix.com as soon as possible.

Can I return my purchase?

We allow returns within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in sealed, resellable condition. Return shipping is free of charge and on us, but we aren’t able to refund the shipping cost on the original order.

My order arrived with something incorrect, missing or damaged.

If your Welltopix package arrives missing an item, with incorrect items, or with any damage to the items, email us right away at info@welltopix.com. Please include photos of your packing slip and any damage.
